Rodeo Day 2011

Here in Texas, especially in Houston-The RODEO is a B.I.G deal!
So, Jacob's preschool had a Rodeo Day on Thursday and it was a pretty good time!
My son's favorite part: MILKING THE FAKE COW!!! Ha, I couldn't stop laughing watching him do this, then he told his teacher he wanted a cow to take home :) Oh geez!
To be festive, his class made bandanas and wore hats, but not Jake!
He wanted NOTHING to do with either one,but thankfully he did wear his John Deere boots!
He only wore the hat for ONE picture at home before we headed to school!
I guess next week, we'll attempt taking him to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and see if he'll wear the hat, but I seriously DOUBT IT!
Our little, independent man with a mind of his own, but I sure LOVE HIM!
*Don't forget about my giveaway HERE! Ends Friday 3/11/11*

What fun, I assume that is the same John Deere whose tractors are sold in Italy!

He looks like one handsome cowboy! We are going on Friday...well, if everyone is well and if the crazy weather cooperates!

What a fun day! He looks like such a little man in his cowboy hat; so adorable! When I was in England, I got to milk a fake cow and I have to say, it was pretty entertaining, so I understand how Jacob might have liked it best!

hehe.. love it! We went to the rodeo both Saturday and Sunday, so I'm wiped out! Had lots of fun though and ate a ton of carnival food!

That last picture is so cute! The only rodeo I ever went to was in Texas!
