Kraft has a website designed specifically for people with diabetes, however I have found that using their recipes that are low in fat, calories and carbohydrates is the way to go and they are INCREDIBLY-DELICIOUS too! We love the recipes here and I think you will too :)

SeaWorld San Antonio Trip 2010!

Eating on the Riverwalk...it was all decorated for Christmas!

Our hotel was being decorated when we arrived...SO pretty :)

The gates opened at noon and we were one of the first families in line! WOOHOO!!

YES, Jacob is picking his nose as we take our picture with Shamu! Ha! PRICELESS!!!

because we rode a ride that got us SOAKED! Ha!

because Jacob LOVED it! I can't believe he's such a little daredevil :)

and our favorite part...the snowman village! Snowmen decorated like funny characters!

and no trip to SeaWorld is complete without ELMO CHRISTMAS SHOW!

Oh my goodness, Justin flipped out when he saw Elmo and Ernie on the same stage...singing, dancing and there was fake snow falling when they'd sing the carols! So cute :)

We took video of this show because it was super cute and Justin is all about sesame street right now, so it was perfect! At the end, the kids were able to go up to the stage and shake hands with the characters...very cool! Justin just stood there looking at them and laughing!

This trip was SO much fun, just the four of us! We made memories and we'll have to go back each year at this time because it was not crowded AT ALL and the boys LOVED it!

I'm THANKFUL for...

Thinking about this year being the first Thanksgiving without my grandmother, I am sad.

But I am also, SO very thankful for the time we had with her

and the short time my boys had with her as well.

I feel good knowing there is MUCH to be thankful for this holiday season...

here are just a few I'll share with all of you!

• My husband, who is the best father, best friend and SO much more
• our families, afterall they are what life is ALL about!
• our friends, who have been there for us through life's ups and downs

Oh "Bonka", you are so missed beyond words. I hope that I'm making you proud. I learned so much from you while you were here with us and I hope to share those moments with my family and carry on your memory. And although it's hard celebrating Thanksgiving without you,

out with the "old" and in with the "new"

Although Thanksgiving isn't even here yet...

I can't help myself, I'm ready for CHRISTMAS!!... that means time to say goodbye to my mantel decorated beautifully by my Mom-in-law!

* Wait until you see the one she creates for Christmas-GORGEOUS!
...and hello to my snowman Christmas decor! My cousin and I have wanted to make these blocks for over a year now and today, we FINALLY did it :)

SO fun to make, but this will probably be one of the last crafting sessions for me for a while...I just can't find the time with these two, busy boys running around but I'm happy because these blocks should make a great addition to my snowman holiday decor! Yay!

I'm SOOO ready to decorate the outside of our house with lights and all, but my husband seems to think all of the neighbors will think we're NUTS??! Ha!

what am I gonna do with these two?!

I think each day that passes, the brotherly fights are getting worse??
YES!!! anything that big brother, Jacob has...Justin wants!
And if Justin has it, Jacob takes it away from him!
Justin has also figured out that if he sticks his lip out and whines,
big brother will get in trouble no matter what...well, we're on to you Little Man!! Ha!!!
This Mommy is T.I.R.E.D and they are just beginning this, aren't they??!

Santa Claus is coming to town...already??

Yep, Santa arrived at the one and only, Bass Pro Shops yesterday and this boy was EXCITED! If you have a shop near you, I suggest you go...the experience was AMAZING, the boys had so much fun and they even made a Rudolph ornament! If they have their picture taken with Santa, a FREE meal at the restaurant inside too :)

After having a great Mexican food lunch (Jacob's pick!)

he actually let them sing to him and he wore the sombrero :) PRECIOUS!

We headed to our MOST favorite place on Earth...Bass Pro Shops! Ha!

Seriously, going to have to ask about season passes to this place,

because I think Jacob likes this shop more than Disney World-Ha!
Bass Pro Shops is ALL decked out for Christmas
and guess we'll be visiting Santa here, rather than anywhere else!

As we walked in, Jacob navigates where he wants to go first and he stops at this four-wheeler and tells us THIS is what he wants for Christmas! And it's a whopping $13,795 big ones!!

After staying and playing for hours, he decided that he'd take this Arctic Cat for only $9, 995! Ha! Do you see little brother in there with him?? He LOVED ridin' "shot gun"!
*I think the employees and management staff are going to start noticing the McClellen Family in this place...they might start charging an entrance fee?! Ha!

Birthday BOY!

4 years old??! Really?!
Oh sweet little man, watching them sing to you at school the other day, wearing your birthday hat and sticker, laughing and playing with all of your friends...I realized, where did the time go? Our hearts grew a million times over when you were born!! We changed in SO many wonderful ways when you came into our lives FOUR years ago, today!
I know I am a better person because of YOU,
YOU help me see what life is all about,
YOU make life look so simple,
YOU always have a smile on your face, unless Daddy and I have upset you!
YOU love your brother and he looks up to you SO much,
he wants to do any and everything YOU do, ALWAYS!
YOU and those dimples?...enough said!
YOU make Daddy and I laugh like crazy...always being silly!
YOU are full of energy,
YOU love being outside, you'd stay out there ALL DAY LONG if we'd let you
YOU love when its just the four of us, and we do too!
and most of all...YOU ARE YOU!
You are THE greatest thing that happened to Mommy and Daddy,
and this day, four years ago...our hearts grew a million times over
as we held this precious baby boy!
We love you "way up to the moon and back".

My heart aches knowing you're growing SO fast, almost too fast?
and I know one day you won't want Mommy hugging and kissing all over you,
or Mommy dancing with Daddy in the living room while you sit at our feet,
or snuggling up with you in the mornings,
or holding my hand everywhere we go,
or shouting, "I love you, Mommy" from first base on the tball field(I LOVE THIS!)
...so I'll do it as much as I can right NOW. Ha!
